At Kaiyaan Lighting, we aim to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Refund & Return Policy will guide you through the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Products not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Clearance or sale items marked “non-returnable.”
- Items damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or wear and tear.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video proof.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, credited back to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
6. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).
- For safe transit, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
